WD-40 is a penetrating oil, just spray some on and let it sit overnight. Also, I don't recall which way the alterator pully spins, but that nut just might be reverse-threaded. Make sure you're turning it the right way. However, I've never taken an alternator pully off, so I may be full of s***. Just something to keep in mind though.

I do believe it is reverse threaded it's just that the bolt is on so damn tight, damn autozone. If I put some WD-40 while it's running on the pulley it stops squeeking for a minute. I don't think I'll be allowed to exchanged the alternator unless it doesn't pass the volt/amperage test.---Niño---<br /><i>95\' silver 5 spd</i>
