    No one ever told me I needed to change my fuel filter on my Camaro, It never got changed until about 80k miles [img]graemlins/rofl.gif[/img] [img]redface.gif[/img]

    I noticed a big jump in gas milage and power after that.

    BTW They should be changed every 30k miles.

      thats very interesting i was led to believe that unless your engine is stalling or hesitating the fuel filter will last for quite awhile

        Yeah.... that was like so the first thing I did when I first got my car. COMPLETE tune up. My god the difference, between the first day I got my car, after I tuned it up, and where it is now. Amazing.

          Rather late than never?

          For all those still wondering where your filter is - here's a pic. In the foreground is my inline pump, never mind that, but you can see the stock torque arm in the back. If your car was standing on it's back tires, the pic would look like this.
