I have been getting some real good advice on new tires from the good folks here on firebird/camaro v6.com and I have made a horrible discovery. When I purchased the car last year, the people did not give me the wheel lock key for the vehicle and now I'm freakin'out! This may be a real easy fix for one of you more experienced f-body owners, but I really need to know what to do here. can you help???

thats not a problem, i lost my wheel lock key and simply took it to Discount Tire or if you guys dont have Discount Tire in LA then you can take it to any tire shop and they will break off the locks.
You wont be able to use them any more, they charged me $20.00 total. $5.00 for each tire i guess all you will have to buy is 4 new wheel lug nuts.

Or you can waste a socket and beat it on and use it..New:04 GMC Sierra 1500 RCLB 4x4 5.3 GU80 3.73\'s.<br />Truck pics<br />Mods<br />Go fast: Panel K&N filter and soon SS truck catback.<br />Appearance: Stull Billet grill,Weston Chrome step tubes,Rhino Chrome hitch step,ARE painted fiberglass cover,Silver star lighting.

there is a code on the inside of your glove box. its next to your RPO codes, its a sticker. your wheel lock key. use that, call GM, and get a new one.
or like 94 teal said, just get some old sockets that JUST barely dont fit around the locks, hammer them on, and take the locks off.
lockjaws work too.

Most likely GM won't be able to help. We blew a tire on our Caprice ('95) and took the code to the dealership and they basically said there's nothing they can do. Take it to a tire place and they'll break them off. (This could be different in your area, but I really don't think you'll need locking lugs anyway)<b>1996 Camaro Z28 M6 Convertible</b> Not stock (<a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2055334\" target=\"_blank\">Cardomain</a>) <i>(Wrecked, 3/4/06)</i><br /><b>1995 Camaro 3.4L</b> (<a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/602057\" target=\"_blank\">Cardomain</a>) <i>(Sold, 8/05)</i>

Take it so a shop with 4 new lug nuts and have them hit them with an air chisel. It won't cost much and will be the fastest and least stressful way to go. When they get them off, put the new ones on it place.- Josh<br />If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com<br /><a href=\"http://Camaroz28.cardomain.com/id/viper98885\" target=\"_blank\">\'93 Camaro Hardtop</a><br /><a href=\"http://Camaroz28.cardomain.com/id/01lincolnls8\" target=\"_blank\">\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport</a><br />\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6<br /><a href=\"http://www.ftpp.net\" target=\"_blank\">Full Throttle Performance</a>

Or find another Fbody owner and use their lug key. I believe they're all the same design. My friends WS6 uses the same design lug key as my Camaro, I've used it.~Chris<br />1999 Hugger Orange Camaro<br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/ride/273836\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/ride/273836</a> <br /><br />†…faith…hope
