    it is possible the relay is bad - if your current relay is good and you have tested it to ensure it is good, then you need to start looking at the wiring and testing continuity between points - somewhere you must have corrosion or a broken connection - take the bulbs out of their sockets and insure there is a good connection at the socket - turn your signals on and try pushing the bulbs into the socket more and wiggling it to insure it is not the socket itself.
