Does anyone have a manual fan switch
or know how to install it? Think its possible for a guy with no experience in car electronics could do it?

It is incredibly easy. I just did it the other day on my car. The hardest part is figuring out where you want to mount the switch. All you need to do is tap into 4 wires and mount the switch. I found a generic one on E-bay for $35 that comes with LED's (which you dont have to use) or you can buy one from SLP I believe. Go for it.

I built mine using a switch and speaker wire and soldered the wire to the switch. It cost me $11.82 from Radiosnack.

It's all about 'H' and 'J' on the underhood wiring harness, passenger side. Grounding one of those wires will cause the low fans to come on, the other will cause the high fans to come on.

I have a switch that has low, off, high. Low illuminates one LED, high illuminates two LEDs.

this is a little off topic but im going to ask anyways. if you install the switch to turn on your fans, do they still come on automatially or are you totally responsible for turning them on?

most switches i've seen have three settings:
                high: fans on high
                low: fans on low
stock: the fans return to their stock settings, so they'll turn on when they're supposed to on their own.
