  • Battery relocation..

    Seems pretty simple
Make a new power wire from alt. Run under car into trunk. Make new power wire from starter.
    Make a simple ground too.

    Anyone ever done this?

^ that would be fairly simple. you could build a box for it. aluminum or something and cover it in a matching carpet to look nice. and cut out the bottom of the trunk derictley under the box and make some type of shoot facing back so debry cant get in easily. finish it off with a hinged top and a latch. i think you get the point

You will need 0 gauge wire which is very expensive about 7 bucks a foot. And you will need for sure about 25 feet or so.

Then you will need a optima battery which will be safer for you to put inside your car.

They sell kits for this for a lot cleaner install, and if you run at the track you're required to have a kill switch if you have a rear mounted battery!
