    anyone got input that might save me anymore headaches about replacing this?

    I helped Andrew.Brandon install his new one after his snapped in half. Install is very easy since the new EGR piping flexes a little more than the old one. No big secret on installing it as far as I know.

      k, thanks. there is a place in the town next to mine and it has a camaro/firebird store that i could fine a used one. im ganna go there tomorrow morning. and then a auto parts store for a new gasket

          Should just be the assembly. Pipe and two brackets.

            yep, im going to buy it tomorrow at the local dealer. i called every salvage yard in the phone book and got nothing. damn dealers. its ganna cost me 45 plus 7 in over-night shipping. its not really that bad i guess
