    Im interested in puttin one of those babys in my car. Evidently they take off a good bit of insureance. But I wanna know if anyone has it. If they do how much it cost and if they got the insurance discount. :cool:

      Well, the dealership puts a microchip in an unknown location on your vehicle. If the vehicle is stolen, towed, eaten, etc. it can be tracked and located. Nice.

        Must be serviced every two years or something, or else it becomes void. Permanent installation, but they manage to get a semi-yearly fee from you.
        Do it ONLY if you get an insurance discount ...
        You DON'T want your car back if it's in pieces anyway, might as well just let it be stolen and work it out that way.

              I got mine from the dealership for about $845 came with lifetime warranty & install. I think about $100 less without the lifetime warnty.
