I don't understand it. The car hauls like a beast below 4,000K but above it just dies. Any ideas? My mods are below in my sig. The K/N Filter is clean.

check plugs/wires/coils, and fuel filter, and also have you bottomed out lately? could be your catalytic converter breaking apart, i had one fall apart on me and i lose all high end power
check those things first though as they are usually a source

get under the car and smack the cat. if it rattles, or sounds like bb's rolling around in it, it's clogged.

What kind of a problem, exactly, did the cat cause? I have a bad misfire problem right now, mainly during accleration or otherwise when under a load. It pops and stutters and hesitates, but it has only thrown a code once, and it shook the whole car when it finally did that. The coils are good, fuel pressure is rock solid, I have brand new plug wires on, and the problem gets better, then worse, then better, etc. I'm going to see if the stock coils from my old 3.4 are the same as the ones on this one (anybody know?). If they are, I'm going to use one, and put it on each cylinder pair, just to be sure. Otherwise, I'm suspecting the Ignition Control Module as the most likely culprit.
          Any thoughts????? Thanks.
