After I'm done driving my car there is a burning rubber smell comming from the engine. I pop the hood and can see some smoke comming from what it looks like underneath the throtle body. Does anybody know wtf this is?

It is your belt juice... you need to change it....You can buy some at your local PeP BoyS

belt "dressing" is used on non-ribbed belts, not like ours which are ribbed. I think nino is right, there is some liquid on my garage floor- f***.
