Got a new ignition lock cylander since my PASS KEY II system was messed up. Now, whenever I turn the wheel, it makes a loud clicking noise! I don't know what it is, but I am taking it back to the dealer and I am not going to pay one red cent more to them!!

This is the truth. They are really pirates, like back in the day, but modern times. I swear! I feel so sorry for the mechanics, when we used to have a jimmy, we went to check out how much they wanted blah blah the counter guys were talking about how much we owe them, and the mechanic would NOT take his eyes off the floor, b/c I wanted to talk to him. I eventually told them to be queit, as the mechanic is the only one who knows what he is talking about. That worked out well  Haven't been back there since then! :D

If they caused it, they should fix it for free. Not your fault since it didn't do it til they touched it. Don't worry about it too much I know its aggrivating.
to play devil's advocate, the dealership i go to around here has been pretty good about doing the job right. however, i am still under warranty, so that probably has something to do with it. if you're near the lawrenceville, georgia area, go to Nash Chevy and talk with Tory, he's pretty cool guy. he hasn't tried to rip me off yet. I go in and ask about getting parts from factory, and he just tells me i should use after market. aside from this dealership being cool, i really had alot of trouble with ford dealerships back when i drove a ford.

Some washer in the steering column wasn't seating properly, and that's what was causing the sound. So yeah, it's fixed and I can drive my car now; I was just a little pissed before. Hey everyone! I've been trying to remove my transmission for two days now! I need to replace the clutch. Only thing I've got left holding the transmission...
