i thought on the earlier 93-96 cars its in the glove and in the 97-02 its on the door. im not sure when they switched im guessing 97 was the first for the door because 97 got the new interior.

                      From the link above
How Can I get An Exact Copy of My Manifest or Build Sheet?
If you can't find it in the glove box, under the back seats or on top of the gas tank than getting the exact manifest can be a hard thing to do.

One thing that you CAN get that is similar is called a VEHICLE OPTION PRINTOUT. This is a printout similar to the build sheet. Ask your service writer at your dealership to pull up the manifest on your car by VIN. (This information is as of yet unconfirmed. MCC) Another option is to get what is called a Vintage package from GM Production records at (905) 644-5000 for forty dollars.
