am I doing any harm to my tranny by shifting out of overdrive to neutral at highway speeds every now & then??

usually I'll try and match the RPMs when I shift it back into drive from neutral.
However I've heard it "could" cause damage because all the gears are spinning like crazy but to me it didn't make sense...I still do it on occasions. [img]smile.gif[/img]
