Whats the correct setting for this screw one the front drives side of the throttle body, such as if i screw it all the way in, how many full turns out should it be set at. I took off the throttle body and cleaned it the other day, turned screw half a turn and it pooped out. so i jest put it back in.

When I installed my tb spacer, it came with longer studs to accomodate the spacer, but the principle of it should be the same. I just tightened them all the way down using the "double nut" method.

No, the ONE screw im talking about is the one on lower-front-drivers side of the throttle body. i think 99 is diffrent then the 98, my throttle body is "drive by wire"

your probably talking about the throttle blade adjustment screw....i'd say just turn it out until the motor will idle like it used to, just tune it by ear...
