  • Which fuel line for fuel pressure gauge??

    i just got my fuel pressure gauge in the mail today...and like i though it just Ts into one of the fuel lines...but it doesnt say which one...anybody know??...any help would be much appreciated!

      It needs to tap into the schrader valve on the passenger side of the fuel rail. You'll need a "valve stem" remover and then the braided line can hook up to the valve. Or so I heard... still need to hook mine up

        just a thought, isnt there a fuel line on the driver side that had a green cap where i believe it is used for testing fuel pressure? you could probably cut the hose next to it and put the gauge thing on there

          no no.. the green cap is the emissions test port.. Thats not the fuel rail test port.

            You need to use the fuel test port. Get a schrader valve removal tool from Autozone (found in the tire section) and remove the schrader valve. Put the fitting onto the test port and you're off.

                Just keep an eye on it. I have heard of them leaking before. that would not be fun at all :(

                  Yeah, definitely use a thread sealer but don't get it in the fuel rail.
