hypertech for a 99 camaro

ive been looking and i cant find a used or even new hypertech programmer for my car, any other programmers recommended for me to get or anyone know where i can get one Pref. used?

You'll have a very hard time doing that. As it is, I'm not sure there are any programmers for pre-2000s. I know there is no HPP3 for us 99ers :( .
