    Whats it for, ive never used it and have been wondering what it is.

    Second gear start. You use it to force the auto tranny to start in second gear from a stop instead of first gear... it helps in slippery conditions (IE Snow) to keep wheelspin down.

    I wouldn't use it unless necessary, since it does put more strain on the engine/tranny when you use it.

      LOL, I ran at the track with that on once, result 2.8 60' and some 21 sec 1/4 mile. I knew it felt slow. Its really for snow and stuff like that.
