    is the PCM in my 1999 3.8 the same as the pcm in the z28s of the same year? I'm looking for a pcm to do racing with and need to buy a spare. They have ones for z28s and one for a 1997 but i dont know if its the same.. I wana send my pcm to texas speed

    call some junkyards around. you should be able to pick one up for 100 ish.. no they are not the same. you would be better off with a good used replacement for your year, motor and tranny..

      The V8 and V6's have diffeent PCM's. They do have basically the same harnesses and pinouts (similar anyway, with differences betwen year models). Call a Salvage yard to find a used one for a 99 V6 car. OR, call TSP and get pricing on a new one from them [img]smile.gif[/img]
