  • Gauge HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I tried wiring up my gauges today and ran into some problems. I didn't get very far. I tried hooking up the gauges lights to the stereo lighting/dimming. This didn't work. I tested the gauges on the battery and they worked fine. Am I tapping into a weak wire?? What other places can I tap into for a lighting source???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

Should be 12v wherever you tap into when it comes to dash lighting

Um, you have an accessory 12V port in your fuse box. you crimp a flat end connector onto the wire, or just shove the wire in there.

should be dead center of your fuse box in the car.
