  • Everyone who uses gauges please help, mechanical or electrical???

I would like to mount my gauges on a gauge pod so i can sit in my seat and see them, i dont like the tubing you have 2 buy for mechanical gauges, if i get electrical gauges does everything i need to have them work and use them in a gauge pod come with them? do you need tubing with the electrical like u need with the mechanical? please help, which do you guys prefer?

Electrical gauges should come with everything you need. Air/fuel should tap into one of your o2 sensors. Anything that records pressures or temps should come with a sending unit.

I prefer having wires, instead of hot fluids, come into the car.

Electrical are more expensive. You're paying for an electrical sending unit in addition to the gauge.

I have an electric fuel pressure, and a tubing vacuum/boost gauge in my pod.
