My dad has this thing he calls a break bar. you put sockets on it and the handle is like 2 feet long. I want to know if that is what they are really called. I really need one because with a handle that long you can get great leverage.I asked several people and they didn't know what I was talking about. I guess I might need a pic to show ya'll.

Yesa it is called a Breaker Bar.
Whether or not that is the correct name or not i do not know however it is the most common name. -
Where can I find one? I assume sears. yeah sears will have them since this is a high torrque tool I would get a good one, no need in using a cheapone and getting hurt when the thing decides to break.Comment

what other places? The local sears is only applilances and such. ANy hardware store should have a breaker bar. Look at your local autoparts stores too. Well the only one they had was a 15". I really need a 20" but I got it anyway.
