Fixed mine myself. I used a piece of heavy duty velcro (soft side) and glued it to the metal clip. Works like a charm!

Just replaced my 4th this weekend! The part number is 10257988 and its $7.63. A tip is when replacing one go ahead and replace both on that door even if the other is ok b/c your going to have to change it latter anyway!

you got a better price than me. Mine was $8.14...but another local dealership told me $11 over the phone AND they'd have to order it.

Did you guys check gmpartsdirect.com? They have that part number listed for $4.76, but then you have to pay shipping, but I would think it wouldn't bump the price up that much.

Edit: nevermind it's like $13 with shipping costs.

Yeah, I went through the same thing with mine. Still haven't replace the tint. I fabricated a brush to work in mine from one out of a mid 70s Camaro. At least till I but the right kind. The guy at the tint shop said they would re-tint the window for me after I got the brushes replaced. I might get around to it one day. I scratched the crap out of my passenger side window when I changed the power window motor. Be careful when you do that too, I almost broke the glass. Scared me to death.
