Never heard of a R.A.P. Module, maybe they meant a M.A.P. Sensor (manifold absolute pressure). And if they did, it's NOT worth $900 beans!
It has to do with the emission system on our cars, and I replaced mine once for something like $60.00.
I have no idea what would be causing your power items to work all screwy, but I'd go get a second opinion.

RAP Module = Retained Accessory Power module. The MAF has nothing to do with power windows and ****. Could be. Don't know how it will take 9 hours to fix though. Most dealerships don't take as long as the manual says. Go for it.

I bet it will take them 1 hour to fix it... but they will still charge you for 9 hours or labor. That is how the dealer I worked at did things. They always charge book time for labor, not actual time. If they quoted you for 900 bucks, they are gonna charge 900 bucks.

The RAP feature is controlled by the BCM (Body Control Module) which is the little black box behind the radio with two connectors going to it. People with !DRL will be very familiar with the box I'm talking about.

Get your car out of there and visit a junk yard for a replacement... I would guestimate the price to be under $100.

EDIT: Here's a link to show you where the BCM is located...
