alright, here's the deal. when i turn the car to the ignition position, sometimes it hesitates (even though usually not), and then the car fires up. well, when it "fires up" it only goes to about 10-11 volts, and fluctuates in that area. then when i give it some gas, it goes back up to 13ish. well, if i idle, it'll go down, and sometimes, when i turn my car to the strong left (while in reverse) my car almost dies.

also, when the volts are down, the rpms are lower than normal as well (and dimmer lights, and ect.)--my car has been on the virge of dying several times since this problem arose, of course, has yet to cease on me.

anyhow, i changed the battery--still had the problem. then i changed the alternator--still had the problem. what in the world could be the problem? thanks.
