i went down to pep boys and they said that if i stick a 160 themostat in my 3.8 it will make it run hot and rich becuase i have OBDII does anyone know anything about that or know if its true?

Do you know what a thermostat is? Do you know how one works? Go learn something about the cooling system on your car, ANYTHING, then come up with your own conclusion. I am not going to tell you to do a SEARCH though.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
