I got back from vacation and noticed a dead battery. that could have possibly been because i left my radar detector on and it killed it. Also while my car was dead i replaced the water pump and the radiator hoses. When i put the jumper cables on it wouldnt crank up. I let the battery charge to 12+ volts and still wouldnt crank. now i turned the crank manually a few times to see if the belt needed to be realigned and it cranked but when i turned it off and back on it wouldnt. im wondering if maybe i put the belt on wrong although i doubt it. anyone have any ideas or maybe a diagram for the belt. i dont have my radiator cover thanks

I'd get a new battery. They're not worth a damn after they're fully discharged. It probably can't hold a load. It's kind of hard to screw up that belt. Grooved pully= front side of belt. Smooth pully= back side of belt.

If you go by Advance Auto Parts, ask them if they have the APAL computer systems, if they do, they have your belt diagram in their computer, and they can print it for you.
