Sound around Air intake

I hear a sound everytime I start the car. Its a sound around the air intake filter and it sounds like a sink sucking down water. It doesnt stop.

i believe thats what they are suppossed to sound like. mine has that swoosh sound

If you've removed the airbox silencer (Looks like a buttugly crapper pot) between your airbox and throttlebody you will get this sound.
