    Anyone know if Key Fob trick works on 2001's?

    Does anyone know if this works with 01-02's? I'm pretty sure it's the same for the V6 as it is for the V8. I can't get my stupid remote reprogrammed. :(

    Those are the exact direction I found in the owners manual to my 98. It worked for me, if you cant get that to work, look in your owners manual. If nothing in there, hopefully one of the other guys/girls on this site will know, if not, your local gm dealer should be able to do it for you.

      Yeah but they'll charge me about $50 to do it and I have to schedule a week in advance. My main problem with trying to do it that way is that stupid button on the ignition. You can't turn the key back without pressing that button and it makes it hard to turn the key 3 times in 5 seconds.
