I dont really use my A/C. I like fresh air when im driving. Anyway, i was thinking about removing all my AC stuff. Would i really get any gain's from it? Thanks.

i might if i deside to take it out. What kind of power gains can i get from it? Is it worth it? Also will it effect my defrost?

        no power gains

you would lose some wieght in the front...30 lbs or so...

taking out the AC doesn't increase power...running w/ AC on decreases power...

well...now that i think about it...you would need a new belt to compensate for the AC pulley not being there, so there would be less mass the engine would have to turn...i'd say a gain of about .5 hp... .25 rwhp.

not really worth it unless you're really into the front weight reduction, or you're going to use the AC space for something else like a SC or a turbo's downpipe.
