Way I suggested works have seen people do it just never myself. The lugnuts are not loose enought to all the rim to come off the hub, but allow it to move a little on it.

I suggest that over kicking a car as hard as I can while its on jackstands and there are not lug nuts on teh wheels.

hehe, The inspection Tech at Canadian Tire couldn't remove the Drums. He passed me anyway

He sprayed some penetrant on it though, so I'll try in a few days.

IF you have the wheel off and just cannot get the drum off, jsut get a bit for a dremel or a drill and sand own the rust on the center hub a little shoudl fix your problem.
