Well yesterday I got a tune up for my car. New spark plugs, wires, fuel and oil filters, and a fresh change of oil. My mechanic also adjusted the muffler hangers and noticed the airbox wasn't on correctly. Tightened up various wires and put heat shields on the plug wires.
Today I put in some Chevron Techron injector cleaner and 92 octane gas. I think the guy who owned it before me might have used a jet chip for tuning the engine, since I was having rough starts with 87 octane in the morning.
The results are pretty awesome. The car pulls a lot harder and smoother with no misses. When I hit 3500 I feel the difference. I almost spun out because I was too abusive with the throttle today on a turn :D Still fun though. My Camaro feels like a whole new monster, I now want to find someone to race and test it out. Only cost me a few hundred bucks... lol.
