  • Changed my PCV valve and...

It was full of oil, practically drenched in oil. Is this normal? Took off my intake and the throttle body has oil in it, everything inside feel greasy & dirty. Anyone have a clue?

Doesn't sound right to me. I changed mine at about 100K, and it had turned a nasty brown color, but it wasn't oily. And your TB definitely shouldn't have oil in it.

I usually have some oil in mine, probably from cornering at high rpms during autocrossing and road racing.

It's in the top of the intake plenum, under that little black palte with two bolts in it.

Mine had oil in it. Every one I've ever changed had oil in it. That's normal I think.
