okay.... there is a distinct rattling cooming from the ypipe right behind the oil pan. and i cant tell exactly what it is or how to fix it. i got the heatshields tightened down as tight as they will go....... the flanges are battened down tighter than a nun's nickers... anything else i'm forgetting?

use chalk, chalk up some things you think are hitting, and take it for a ride. then get back under and look for the chalk transfer.Comment
