I just got done changing the plugs and wires on my wife's 94 3.4 camaro and not it is not running right. The idle is very rough, and the exhaust smells like fuel. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Please help me out :(

sounds like you're missing a cylinder or 2. check all your plug connections. next thing I'd check is the wires themselves. I fried a wire in half internally the other week and it looked fine to the naked eye (besides that big *** spark when it grounded on my exhaust manifold :D )

I did them one at a time, and only had problems on the two back ones on the passenger side. I thought I may have mixed up the two back there so I switched the wires and it ran rougher. Everything is at the right plug. Can someone tell me the cylinder numbers so I can double check. The drivers side front to back, then the passenger side front to back. is it 1-3 on the drivers and 4-6 on the passenger? This is the first time I have had to do plugs. All of my cars have been upgraded to newer ones before I had to change them.<a href=\"http://ww.willied.cz28.com\" target=\"_blank\">02 Formula</a>

I don't know the numbers off the top of my head but hang tight I'll check the Haynes manual. Someone will probably answer this before I get to it anyway though... I got it working right finally. Two of the wires did get switched by accident. The #3 and #5 were a pain to get to and I pulled them both out at the same time and got the wires mixed up. I tried crossing those two earlier and it still ran rough, but for some reason when I tried it again it started running right.
