-20* Spark Advance.

Nikon and I were out crusin sunday night....we hooked up his laptop w/ the OBDII software to my car...

it said my spark advance was a NEGATIVE 20 DEGREES.

-20*

we hooked it up to his and his was 12* (12 degrees).

Could this mean bad plugs???? LOL (most likely right?)

correct that 12 to a 24 ;) even if its not the plugs you got alot of miles, well, kinda you need new plugs anyways....maybee new wires also?..

u sure you programmed the proper year and info into the scan tool? i know if you get a year off sometimes you get funky readings on some sensors...

ASE Master, L1, X1, C1. Instructor in automotive systems. 99 3800 4L60E with a few mods and a greatful dead sticker on the back window.
