Hey what is it and do they go bad, the reason i'm asking is i have a slight vibration. i was told mine was bad and replaced it from one off a camaro in a junkyard i'm not to sure it was the same one two small had holes drilled as my orginal never did. Thanks

Yes, the 3.8s and probably the 3.4s have harmonic balancer pulleys.
The "Crank" pulley contains a piece of rubber, allowing for it to flex as needed to balance the system it powers.2002 5-spd NBM Camaro
