Well, last night my car started running like crap. It idles fine, and will accelerate fine if I take it nice and easy. But if I get over maybe 50% throttle, it bogs BAD, almost like a misfire feels. I already replaced the fuel filter today. Any other ideas? It did it very abruptly last night after driving slo down a dirt road, check throttle body, no dirt or anything in there. Have been running injector cleaner very regularly last few months. Any help would be great, since I can;t take it for warranty until at least Monday. BTW, it's a '00 Camaro.

My '97 had the same problem. It turned out to be:
The fuel filter was clogged, causing low fuel pressure.
The spark plugs and wires were worn. The bad wires were causing misfires in multiple cylinders.
I got everything fixed, and the car runs great. The car has 40,00 miles.
Hope this helps.1989 Trans Am, 305 TPI 5-speed, 4 wheel disc, 3.73\'s, T-Tops. \"The Toy.\" 1997 Camaro V-6 T-Tops \"The Daily Driver\"

I have the same problem with mine. It started doing it so I replaced the plugs and wires. It was still doing it so I took it to checked with the computer and showed it was something with wire/plug/coil3. So I thought wires and plugs are new so it must be the coil thats going bad so I went a ahead and replaced it. It was good for about 4 days or so and then came back. I though i should replace the fuel filter..it needed it anyway and I thought it could be part of the problem..but it was still doing it. Last night I changed the 2 other coils...still doing it. I checked it again and I am going to remove the wires and take them in to get new ones..they are under warranty. I think one of them touched the manifold and might have gotten messed up..::[ 0 ]::.
1997 Camaro 3800 II M5 (30th edition)
[]B&M Ripper Shifter
[]Proform Shift Light
[]SLP Cold Air
[]Dynomax Exhaust
[]Richmond 3.73\'s
[]Zexel-Torsen LSD
[]180* Thermostat
[]Tail Blackouts
pics

Well turns out that even though I had just replaced the wires, one was bad, barely sending any spark to the plug. I assumes that when I checked them for good connections that my new wires would be good, but I guess not. So it was a warranty deal, and the receipt where it shows how much it would cost if not for warranty said like $50! For one bad wire and an hour of labor to find the problem. Damn I'm gonna miss my warranty!www.fullthrottlev6.com THE SOURCE!
