      lol..thats what i usually do.


      just wondering if there are any other ones out there that are better than the oem replacements..

      or the ones off the shelves from pep boys, or discount auto

        How many miles on your car b4 u need to get a new one?
        -FLOWMASTER 80 series exhaust dual out,K&N air filter.<br />-Bright Rally Red, 1993 Camaro V6 automatic. No BIG mods yet! But who needs alot of mods when you have 160 hp?           i change mine when i get my oil changed. they do it for me at sunoco every 3000 miles.

            Thats probably overkill, but i guess it cant hurt for 10 bucks and 5 minutes. I changed mine at 30,000 with whatever they had at Autozone, but i cant imagine having to change it more than every 15K or so.

                Sorry for the dumb question but where is the fuel filter located on the 4th Gens?? Is it under the car kinda near the rear axle like the 3rd Gens?? Thanks

                      Under the car on the drivers-side in front of the rear tire. It's a PITA without a lift. Many of us have taken gasoline showers trying to do it under jacked-up cars.

                        I think I used a bosch. It's not REALLY important though. Just remember to depressurize everything and try not to cause any static electricity. Also, I think at the most it only needs to be changed every 30,000.

                          Im guessing the best way to do this is pull the fuel pump fuse and run the car till it cuts off that way I wont get soaked in fuel??

                              That is one way of doin it, but if you have a little bucket it's not bad. Just a little gas comes out. Just jack up the car, take off the gas cap and make the switch.
