quick question, i have almost 90,000 miles on my car, i was wondering if changing my timing chain now would give any benefits in performance? i can get it changed for about 200 which seems like a pretty good deal to me, any suggestions?

No performance benefits, but DO IT! That's a really good deal, and I think you're about due.
