I'm curious to know more about my car. i recently learned you can find out which gears you have by the codes on the driver's side door (very pleased to know that i have the 3.42s) what else can you find out about you car through these codes. also what is the Y87 package or code ive heard about. thanks for any help.

G80 is a good code to have. it is the code for LSD (limited slip diff.). if you dont know what that is, its basically posi-trac (you'll leave two black tire marks when you burn out instead of one).
