  • CAM q's - drivablility gas mileage?

Hey there, looking into getting a gt2 cam/pushrods from zzp. My question is this. Will a cam kill my: gas mileage, reliability, life of engine, drivablity?

What can I expect after the install, besides burning rubber.

I have a big cam myself.. 210/220 .512/.512 115 and i have not really seen any huge loss in gas mileage... I get like over 300 around town, and i have gotten 425 highway trip once... Guess it really all depends on what other mods you have.. if its running richer, then of course you will burn some gas.

shoudlnt be running richer, I have the gears and verter which kinda dropped some gas mileage. Mostly when I floor it, but I assume the same thing goes for the cam, the more u mash it the faster it sucks down fuel.
