I have done this mod on my car with the same white face overlay. one of the best interior mods ive done for the $$. speedy-v6-camaro tried this with a '99 cluster to a '98 and it didnt work out (http://www.camarov6.com/ubb/ultimate...485;p=1#000000). and majeskyb is right the tach will be off and also the milage will be from the other car. the tach will actually be higher since the v8 reads only 4 cylinders and ours reads all 6.

me too, I was looking at a black firebird before i bought the camaro and they sold it the day I went to look at it. I like all the 4th gen camaros though so its all good. Awesome bird btw

i dig those wheels. what are they? I have the same set up but not the spoiler. I agree that The newer firebirds look sick compared to the older ones and pretty much the same to the camaros. But i have also seen some sweet maros. But in all i think All F-Bodys Are dope and that i am proud to drive one.

Come on guys A f body is an f body, ya i like firebirds just becasue i own one, but I actually love the camaros that are done CLEAN. I saw somebody here has a red camaro with a body kit and white stripes.... WOW its beautiful!

MOD, that can be done on all 98+ f bodies that are v6'ers, when i get a pic of mine, i can explain it....BTW the intake lids that are made for v6ers are UGLY... hahha [img]smile.gif[/img]


I also HAVE MY TRANS AM BUMPER AND GROUND EFFECTS ON THE WAY... ooo i cant wait... Just need a new hood and front bumper, then ill start p;anning my ls1 drop in an about 2-3 years.

Yes you can.
I've done similar on my 96. I have 93-97 TA Guages on my V6.

They work fine.

No adjustment necessary.
