what is a good company to buy headers 4 a 3.8L ls1. About how much do they cost and can someone also give me some good info to build up my torque what should i do?

LS1 is a V8 not a V6 like you have. The 3.8 header options are RKSPORT or CIA, RKsport go for about $495 and can be found here: www.rksport.com CIA go for about $675 and can be found here www.clearimageautomotive.com.
I dont know about torque converters. Sorry, I have a manual.
