Im about to change my breaks but Im not sure what is causing my car to pulse to a stop. Its only when I slow down under about 15 mph when I feel the breaks pulsing. Its not grinding or making noise and I know its the back disk breaks that need replacing. Im hoping I can just get the rotors turned when I change the breaks to solve the problem.
