ok, so i leave the gauge connected to the schrader valve, and leave the ignition in the on position, and the needle stays at 40-45...

Viper is right. I once got 2 plug wires swapped by mistake. The car would start and barely idle. Not likely that 3 injectors got clogged at the same time though. Have you checked the fuel filter if you think it might be fuel related? </font>
Maybe all his wires have been crossed? You can check you control module at autozone for free before buying a new one.

i had them in the wrong place once. The dealership replaced a coil, belt, header heat shield after i had them in the wrong place. 650 dollars for that, and they charged me 69 dollars for a new coil (35 on rock auto).... it had to be done though.

I'll take that sum-bich to autozone and have it checked out. Just unbolt it and carry it in?

The ICM was ok, the coils were ok, the plug wires were ok, fuel pressure was norm. I took the plugs out, and i think its them.

There was a lot of calcium buildup on the bottom of the ICM and on the plate that it sits on.

I'll post the results! I've never seen bad plugs before so i'm not sure.
