  • Argh!!! STILL lacking some power!!!

It's nothing MAJOR MAJOR as in you won't really notice it till you really get moving. But basicly it's this... For the amount of gas pedal I'm giving the car, it feels like it should be going faster than it is... for instance.. 1/4 gas will bring me to 35 MPH where I used to beable to do around 50... 1/2 gas will get me to 60 MPH when I used to beable to do about 80 here... Another thing too, When the car is going up hill it simply won't downshift even if it loses 10 MPH in process unless I give it half gas + ... It's not really studdering or misfiring and it runs fine and smoothe...

    Here's a list of what I've done...

    - Oilchange + Lucas addative... (bought back a ton of power... but not enough...)
    - Added Tranny Fluid (checked it a month after a rebiuld and it started shifting hard, It was COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!...I added some and accidently overfilled it by two quarts and it ran like crap again, then I finally had the mechanic fill it right and it runs somewhat better...)

I plan on doing a full tuneup, Plugs, wires, PCV Valve, Fuel Filter... I already changed the EGR Valve, and Airfilter... No SES at all... just a noticable lack of power...

Basicly I could be doing 70 MPH approach a hill, drop down to 55 MPH even when I give it more gas because it won't down shift, just stays in overdrive and lets the engine sufficate unless I really punch it... Also for the few seconds I was doing 80, I COULD feel some slight vibrations and hesitations like the car didn't want to go this fast...

Well worth the money IMO... It feels alot smoother and also you can go alittle overdue on Oil Changes too... It also eliminates dry starts so your engine will last longer and beating on it when it's cold won't hurt it as MUCH... but I wouldn't recomend beating on it when it's cold...

Oh yes... RAISES YOUR OIL PRESSURE!!!
