    if you want to do a turbo all you really "need" to do to the car is lower your compression ratio. the easiest way to do this is with a thicker head gasket. Since this would require you to take off the heads anyway you should go ahead and get them port an pollished. this and the turbo will give you at lest 270hp possibly more. then later on your can decide on the right cam for the turbo (NA cams arent the best choice for turbos most of the time). as for looks... im not huge on aftermarket looks but basically that is whatever floats your boat. good luck and happy modding.
