You only need to replace or rebuild the calipers if one is seized.

Look, don't just go replacing the calipers unless something is wrong with the calipers. [pulls to one side, etc.]

        In order of cost:
        Replace pads
Replace pads + turn rotors [if thick enough]
        Replace pads + replace rotors
All of the above + replacing/rebuilding calipers

Most people with low mileage or newish rotors can get away with the second option. Most everyone else does the third option. Only do the last one if you think there's something wrong with your calipers. That way involves having to bleed the brake system as well.

It would help us if you described your problem in some detail, and how you plan to use the car [DD, street, track]. Punctuation helps too...

There are tons of calipers on ebay, but you're probably better off rebuilding the ones that are on your car rather than replacing them. Look here: http://www.installuniversity.com/ins...er_rebuild.htm
It really isn't that hard if you have the proper tools, and the experience is good too. It's good to do stuff like this yourself so when problems arise later on, you're one step ahead of the game.

As for brakes, I have ceramics all around and I love them! Basically zero brake dust, and no squeals...ever!

is what it is they are starting to squeek really bad i live down a ver curvy road lots of braking. the brakes still work fine. so is what i think is the problem is just the pads i am goin to replace the front (ceramic) cause the ones that are on there now throw dust all over my rims.Does this sound like the right solution am i making the right choice or do i need to do something else. Also i have Minor vibration under HARD braking

well, I hope you read how brakes work first if you plan on doing your own work...

sqeeking means they are worn and soon will stop working complitely and you will destroy the rotor from metal-to-metal contact... can also be sqeeky compound or pads glazed over

vibration means warped rotors/tires out of balance

I have hawk hps... they are kinda ****ty (but bearable) when cold, but after they heat up or under high speed or hardcore braking they just grip like claws and reduce speed without locking up the tires... they are expensive though

I had hawk hps's too. They were decent brakes, but they threw off lots'o dust! I couldn't drive my clean car to the store without my rims getting black (it wasn't that bad, but never-the-less). On the tirerack website it's stated that there would be a decrease in brakedust with hawks pads, but it turns out it was just the opposite.

Yea, they stop great, but the dust is the same as the stockers

No the ceramic pads are great. little to no dust. I still have to get the buildup off from the last pads I had (stupid POS's). Ceraminc is the way to go. Go here to see how to change them out...
