  • Moving the Battery to the back?

Have any of you guys ever done this? I sort of want to do this so I could make room for a one gallon container that I'll be using for the alcohol. Since I can't find any room for it, I thought I mightness well move the battery. I certainly don't want to put the gallon inside because it would start to smell like alcohol. But how hard is it to put the battery in the back? Or, is there another option I could look at

    ALCOHOL?!?!?
    (say what?)
-must be used for moonshine runs to West Virginia I assume ;)

Well there is a kit, I have seen it before, or you could just build a simple little box, that drains the outside, and buy some battery cable to run to the front of the car.

Awfully close to the heat, wouldn't you say? What about where your fuel tank is right now? You could fit a cell down there.

Have you guys seen the dynobatt battery that is on Thunder Racning. I think the battery only weighs like 12 or 15lbs. That could shave off over 15lbs. Anyone tried it?

I'm pretty sure summitracing.com has cheaper battery relocation kits, for around $30-40.
