2.8 and 3.4 oil pans interchangeable?

he says it fits the 2.8l... since 2.8, 3.1, and 3.4 are all 60-degree v6s,will it fit on the 3.4?

got a 3.4 it doesnt look like the oil pan for a 3.4 and it doesnt look like to fit in the 3.4

im not sure about the plate on the inside of the pan, however the pan itself will bolt in for sure, the bottom of the blocks are the same

The front lip is ALL wrong, and that's a "windage tray" /anti slosh guard thing.

ok.. any alterntives? anybody know where i can get an oil pan?

for waht its worth a all 2.8L, 3.1L and 3.4L pans shoudl all BOLT on, but they may not fit a 4th gen. I know they changed alot fo the suspension on the front of the 4th gens vs. the 3rd gens, not sure if it affects the oil pan any.
